Shipping & Handing
Any order of $100 or more delivered within the 50 United States & Territories is eligible for free shipping.
We usually use UPS ground to deliver our merchandise unless a different shipping method is specified by the customer. All shipments are insured and include a tracking number which will be emailed to you when it becomes available.
Delivery to international destinations is available as well. Delivery fee will appear during checkout.
Refunds & Exchanges
We stand behind our products. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please return it in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Refunds and/or exchanges are permitted within 14 days of merchandise receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be subtracted from the gross refund amount. If you wish to return your purchase you must contact us first by email or phone to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please return your purchase along with a copy of sales receipt to the address listed in the contact us page of this website. We strongly recommend insuring and tracking your package.
A refund is usually processed within 7 business days, as long as the returned item is received in a brand new condition.
Return of Damaged Goods
We do our best to insure that all items shipped are well-packed. However, in some instances an item may arrive damaged or missing. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible.
Stock and Product Availability
We regularly carry all products that appear in our website on hand. However, occasionally we may run out and a product will become unavailable. In case a product is out of stock we will notify you via email or phone and will let you know the expected delivery time. We will not charge your credit card unless an item has been shipped.
